Introduction
Medium-temperature sealants for anodic oxide films of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
It has a good sealing effect and a smooth and fine touch. There are some adverse phenomena such as dye sealing hole fading, powder film, and gray mist.
It is particularly suitable for sealing the aluminum oxide film on the shells of electronic products and high-end cosmetics with strict requirements for sealing quality.
Compared with other sealing agents on the market, it has a more superior cost performance.

Light green powder.
Usage method
When establishing the bath, the pH is 5.5. As the sealing solution is used and water, acids and bases are introduced, the pH will change.
It is recommended to use an acid-resistant and high-temperature type filter for filtration. Lower the pH value with dilute acetic acid and increase it with NaOH.
The specific gravity of the product varies depending on the processing conditions, approximately 3-4m ² /g.
Analytical Methods:
1. Add 10 ml of sealing solution and 100ml of pure water;
2. Add 10ml of 6N-ammonia water and 2-3 drops of triethanolamine;
3. Add 0.2g of MX indicator (the solution turns orange);
4. Titrate with 0.01M-EDTA standard solution until the solution turns purple-red (A ml).
